FAQ

1. What happens after I submit my payment? We’ll contact you within one business day for the information we need to either transfer your existing website or to set up a new one. Check your junk folder if you don’t see our email within that time frame. Please reach out to info@cybercletch.com if you still don’t see an email from us.  Or you are welcome to call (248) 842-5527.
2. What company name will show up on my credit card bill? You should see a charge from our parent company CybrCletch or CyberCletch
3. What if I need more storage, bandwidth or monthly visits? This has been the perfect plan for 90% of the small businesses I work with. If you require more of any of these features, we can create a custom hosting plan that is reasonable and meets or surpasses your needs.
4. What if there are plugin compatibility issues during website maintenance updates? You’ll receive up to an hour labor at no charge per month. If you’d like us to troubleshoot the issues further, work will be completed at our discounted rate.
